Just checking out the CDM Honda Spirior-Chinese Accord (a joint venture with Chinese factory Dongfeng Honda Automobile).

I came across this touch screen GPS/DVD all in one unit. I know it will never come to North America but it's quite an interesting setup.

Hey that looks good! The touch interface wouldn't be much comfy because the screen is far away from driver, but better than nothing for sure. How much is that?

Has anyone tried it out yet? Seems like a good option but I won't be putting my name down for one until I know how well it works, especially for HVAC display, iPod integration etc.

GPS Navi seems to be based on iGo which is one of the best navigation software platforms but can still be marred by poor choice of hardware.

The installation looks straight forward but I didn't receive any demo videos which I asked for. Does anyone else has any links?

In my a accord euro 08, I have all the information from climate control, and etc on that screen, If I replace it. would the new onbe display that information, or i'll be flying blind?

In Russia a lot of people buy It for Accord. feedbacks is good

 

I must be really short because I think it would be a nightmare trying to use that touchscreen.

second one has bigger screen and there is few videos so it should works fine with TSX

What type of aftermarket dvd stereo to use in 07 TSX so the control buttons on the steering wheel will continue to work with it. Please help

Thank you i thought maybe someone had an 07 before, it's my first Acura TSX just got it 3 days ago i love it, it has 23k miles on it and i'm already upsest with it))

 

Is this the only dvd/nav system that would potentially work in a US TSX?

would it fit into a tsx without tech package?

and if there is anything else, would any of the other controls on the steering wheel or console work.

^Would not be a direct fit into a TSX without navi....screen space isn't there...

i'd do it, but the thing is i don't feel good cutting into the stock wiring.
