Delete All Paired Phones

I am having a problem where I have run out of phones I can pair. There seems to be a limit of 6 phones that you can pair. I have had several cell phone replacements in the two years I have owned the car. My problem is, deleting a pair doesn't work. I get stuck in an endless loop of, Do you want to delete XXXX, YES, Preparing to delete XXXX Say ok to delete XXXX, OK, Do you want to delete XXXX, YES, Preparing to delete XXXX Say ok to delete XXXX, and it continues ad infinitum.

Is there a way to wipe out the pairing memory? Or is there a solution to this infinite loop bug?

Thanks!

If you want to clear the entire system and start fresh, i belive you can do "System" ,"Clear", and the confirm and follow.

At the end, you can do "List" to see what phones are listed and if they cleared or not.

I tried this before when i was playing around and getting familiar and it worked.

Hi Narduk. Did you ever solve this problem? I have also tried resetting the entire system, but ended up in the same endless loop.

i have no problem deleting on my 2010. i say yes, continue, and then im good to go. are you still under warranty? if yea, take it to the dealer. if not, write down your navi code and shit, and disconect the battery. reconnect after a few min, and try to clear the system again
