Backup LEDs for 2014 TSX--no errors

Which current brands of LED 7440s work without errors in my car without adding stuff to the wiring?

I've been using Sylvania Zevo 7440s as my reverse lights for several months and haven't had any problems.

Thanks very much...

...for the information. I wonder if the Can bus system is the same on all Gen 2 TSX's and if it's identical with the one on European Accords of the same vintage. (Seems likely.) These 7440 LEDs, https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2x-W...823432565.html, were advertised as having no problems with such systems so I ordered a pair @$12 a few days ago. They should be here in "just" three or four weeks and I will post here how well they work on my 2014 TSX SE. There are numerous LED bulbs that fit the gen. 2 TSX on AliExpress that advertise that they have no Can bus issues with Japanese and European cars and do not offer resistors just in case. Marketing?

On the subject of TSX bulbs, on their way to me from the UK are two pairs of Korean-made PIAA halogen bulbs, one set for headlight high beams and one set for fog lights. I did not want to fuss with the DRLs at this point but wanted to keep them going as a TSX is a small car by New Mexico standards. Also, matching LEDs' color with that of factory HID low beams (4300K) seems impossible with 6000K being as low (warm) as LEDs are now offered for cars, at least at Amazon and on eBay. Specs for the PIAAs I ordered plus one review were outstanding and these halogens were priced like the usual high-performance models, not like other PIAA lamps I have seen.

I am running these. Much brighter than the OEM, plug n play, but the brake lights are still much brighter.

Will they fit a '14 TSX Sedan?

I would have bought these except that eBay says they are not compatible with my car. Do you know if they are too long?

Sorry for the delay in responding. No idea. Don't recall the length. I can try to pull one out tonight and look.
