I have a h11 3000k hid kit in my fogs. Dont know what brand it is but I would use a relay kit on it. My fogs been flickering upon turn on.

They are a vendor here and I got a set when they had an Azine special. I have the exact same kit, ballast is big it aint no slim design for this one lol. Works fine. 1 bulb died on me but I just unplugged and replugged everything and it works fine. Mine just chill on the inside of my bumper. they slide around I guess lol, theyre not bolted down or anything. As for Colour, maybe it's just me but it seems a tad green? I also have LaminX amber cover on mines tho. Maybe I just want that deep yellow look that Nokya gives. All in all good set.

Do they get as hot as the halogen bulbs?

Oh yeah for sure when I had to replug and unplug the ballasts and bulbs, the bulb landed on the shop cloth where I laid out all the parts in 5 seconds it burnt thru the cloth like it was nothing lol

I also bought 6000k bulbs but I havn't installed them yet. Waiting on my HT grille so I can do it all at once.

Have you had problems with your laminx melting or getting burn marks?

No sir I have not. The LaminX is fairly thick plus there is also the foglight glass as well to consider. In a small enclosed space like the foglight, 35watts is fine. If you try to ball out retardly on 55watts then you sir are playing with fire...literally.

Thats interesting cuz that means that the HIDs run cooler than the stock halogens. My yellow laminx was burned by the halogens in under a month.

You could always go Boss level with it. HID Projector Retrofit, but go with yellow lenses instead of clear. Here is a pic of mine with clear lenses.

I thought the mod was pretty easy, if your handy with a dremel, fiberglass resin, paint, and sealant. I will try and get you some night shots this evening.
