wiper blades

which and where do you guys buy wiper refills - just the rubber. i plan on using the stock housing our cars come in. thanks

i just grab the OEM's, 15 bucks for the pair from dealer, easy to do yourself. if they are streaking, clean them with an alcohol pad, they could just be dirty, if that doesn't help enough, then replace.

You should invest in from Rain X or use wax on your windshield. The water just rolls off at speeds above 35 mpg. Wiper life is based on weather, not really use, which I hate and Rain X/Wax has saved me a few bucks every year.

I use Bosch Icons, but only with some sort of Autozone or Advanced Auto discount coupon. IMO, they wipe better and last longer, so they are worth the money.

I've used rainx in the past and it works very well. These days I use Stoner's Invisible Glass that has their version of rainx mixed in, and I buy rubber inserts from the dealership. I laugh at those with dirty wipers that just rub streaks back and forth on their windshields.
