Where the heck do I buy the trunk lip spoiler?
I've asked before and was told they are all over eBay. I've searched and can only find really expensive options and universal rubber ones but I see a lot of 2nd gens with them. Can someone link me to the one they use or a decent option? My car is black.
Examples:
Acura TSX Sedan 09-14 ABS Trunk Deck Rear Lip Spoiler Unpainted Smooth Primer eBay - $80 unpainted
Rear Trunk Lip Spoiler Wing (Fits: Acura TSX 2009-14) 244L SpoilerKing eBay - $42 unpainted black matte
Sedan Universal Spoiler Gloss Black Rubber Rear Roof Skirt Trunk Lip Sport Wing - $21 Gloss Black Universal
I don't want it to look cheesy, the OEM one costs an arm and a leg. Heres an example:

So are you saying that the $80 one is expensive or not the right kind?

I just browsed ebay and unfortunately for the OP...the going rate on a painted ABS spoiler ranges from $120-140.
the TL's spoiler never used to be so cheap. with age and decline of demand, i'm betting the TSX spoiler will come down in price in the future
Doesnt help the OP now...

Hey that's me
I think mine is very similar to the one offered by SpoilerKing.
If I could go back in time, I would definitely choose OEM or at the very least, OEM style (like your first link) and have that painted. You will be happier in the long run IMO

I don't mind spending the ~$140 if its a piece that will last the life of the car. I'd love to get the taller spoiler but I don't want to drill into the trunk.
Its not painted, I'm trying to determine what is the suggested aftermarket solution.
Looks like they do cost over $120. Might have to just bite the bullet and get that one. Thanks for checking.

Lol, yes it is. From your for sale thread. Was looking into going the Euro badge route because of the photo too. Acura just did a fantastic job on the USDM TSX badges that I'm not going to do it now. That type s emblem is awesome though. Thanks for the info, I'm going to call a few local paint shops. Have a feeling they are going to try to take me for a ride though.
