Yes I was very much a mazda fan too ... had 3 Mazda's in a row from 626 to Mazda 6 to Mazda 5 (Mazda 5 was my wife's car ... I do have to clarify but there's a common problem with Mazda's, especially in early 2000's - rust. For whatever reason their panels had rust problems, regardless of where they are made too - I had Japanese and American made mazda's and same thing.

I came very close to getting my 4th Mazda in a row before I got the CR-V, but the SkyActive motor and the AT combo is just too darn slow.

The Stig CA

I had a long list of crappy company cars prior to my TSX. Hated them all, but saved me a ton of money because I didn't have to pay for the car, maintenance, gas, insurance, rental replacements, etc. That lasted for about 7 years. They kept giving me cars, even after I blew the engine in one of them.

My first car was some hand-me-down Honda. So old, I don't remember what type or the year. It caught on fire on the freeway. Good times.

I test drove a 2014 6, but the seat was really uncomfortable, it hurt my back just driving for 7 minutes. I also felt it's a step down from the TSX.

I had a 1998 Honda Civic that my was passed down to me. Its been running until earlier this year when I totaled it in the snow (black ice around a curve, thankfully no one was hurt). Just bought a 2nd gen TSX and, I must say, its quite an upgrade from a car that sounded like a Ferrari but ran like a rickshaw.

I had an 2005 Toyota corrola ce. 5spd, manual windows, lock no cruise control, no keyless entry etc.bought it new, my 1st car. 350 for 60 months $5k down at 16% apr. 1st time buyer no credit. I bought everything in the finance dept, warranty ,gap insurance, life insurance. They saw me coming and bent me over and I took it lol. Now I have a 09 TSX tech. Love it :-)

What happened to your Prelude? 5th gen Preludes are timeless in my opinion. Still miss my TSX, but I get way more compliments on my '01 Prelude SH than I ever did on my TSX.

I was getting more responsibility for work and needed a more professional sedan... I wish I didn't have to sell the lude, but at the time I couldn't keep two cars.

Your lude is beautiful, love the color. Ever thought of getting an OEM front lip? I think that alone completes the look of the car.

Thanks dude. Want to have more fun with it, but after recently dumping $2k into maintenance repairs into it... I'm about done with it and will either hold on to it until I pay off my wife's car or simply hold onto it forever.
