run it through the KBB tool and see what it says.
USA peeps arent going to jive with the canadian market and pricing.
things are different.

also, in the US they didnt sell A-spec. i am guessing that is similar to our SE?

So its not a tech.

Might be a little high.

Is it a one owner mileage or dealer loaner where everyone beat the piss out of it?

Any other dealer add ons like all weather mats or?

27,000 CDN is around 23,800 USD. 10,100 kms is about 6,300 miles. Just for perspective.

I'd think there is room to negotiate, but I don't think they are far off from what it's worth. Car has very low mileage, which is why they might be stiff with the price. Anywhere from 22.5-23 USD is a good deal IMO.

Canada is a whole different market, you can't compare it with prices in the US.
Hopefully someone local to you will chime in

Hi,

I am in montreal area, I have paid my 2012 Base with 31 000km, Mint condition. 21 000$ tx in. So make your idea with this, I would say that 27 000$ for a A-spec here is in the price, rare and we don't see them at each corner.

For an A-Spec, the MSRP is 39 900 CDN when new. I consider 10 000 km very low.. I paid my blue 2013 a-spec brand new with all the fees and taxes for 50K CDN with winter tires. So I think it's a pretty good deal, and I've never seen another A-Spec on the road, so you're going to stand out on the streets

Where do you live?

I'm beginning to see more A-Specs on the road now here in Toronto. Obviously not many, but definitely more than before... about 1 a week. Non A-Specs are everywhere now! They used to be less common of a car here too.

I live in Montreal. TSX's are rare here, I see them about twice a week. I've once seen an american SE, but never a canadian A-Spec other than mine. And also, I've never seen a vortex blue pearl TSX here in Montreal, except mine of course. There are lots of TL, RDX and MDX here

Yeah VBP is a nice colour. I've seen a couple of VBP A-Specs here in Toronto. It's probably the same one though . I've been looking for a 6MT BWP A-Spec for quite some time... but the price was never right. I had to "settle" for a 5AT Tech because the price was too good. I could care less about the "tech" package now that I have it.. it's pretty crap. I wish I got 6MT
