Obviously that is honda's ingenious way to save weight and make it simpler for the consumer to put in an after market stereo... toyota is so inconsiderate by adding extra lining that isnt needed. Makes me think more poorly of those who designed the IS

i concur, im putting together EMT jump bag(pretty much a togo bag with basic stuff that you may need on any call), and also gonna buy a midsize fire extinguisher soon, and im gonna use those small bungee's with hooks to attach and store it up there. that way its out of the way, but easy to get when needed

well the IS350 starts at $40K-42K. the IS-F is in the 60K range starting... you hit BMW territory with a comparatively equipped IS350

I have driven both IS350 and TSX, there are pros and cons..

I like to feel of TSX steering wheel and roomy, dislike the stupid clock from 1990 toyota corolla in the IS350

Acura TSX

I picked the TSX over the Lexus for the following reasons:

1. Price
2. Superior Aging Style (Look at the last gen TSX vs last gen IS)
3. Headroom! (I'm only 5'10 but I felt like a giant in the IS. The top of my hair hit the roof lol)

I woulda given you $8,500 for the Infiniti lol I always trade my cars in and take the loss just because it's so much easier than selling private party

I had an IS250. Even though the aftermarket parts are vast.... i honestly think it makes it more common for people to run the same stuff as you. When our cu2 parts are a tad more difficult to find, it makes modding our cars include some ingenuity. Plus i hated the interior in my IS. It just felt cheap. It handled nice but too cramped and just 204hp for a v6. Wouldn't do it again. On the other hand, congrats to Toyota for milking the hell out of this car lol.

I just dont understand how a v6 can only get 204 hp? I feel like the engineers are fucking with people. Large bore and small stroke, or small bore and large stroke. whats the deal?

At the time, my mom thought I was too young to own a "Lexus." Ironically, I still ended up with an Acura. It goes to show how much more brand marketing Lexus did in comparison to Acura throughout the years.
The Acura also came with a helluva lot more standard features in comparison to the IS.
I also got a hell of a deal for my TSX (26,800), so it was a no-brainer!
