TSX '09 / Tech / Auto; Driving History / Status Report
This is NOT a engine break in post. I just thought I would share how I drive the car everyday, and how its starting to sound, and the differences I notice from when it was new till now. Ill update frequently but after 1000-2000 miles I'll start to update every 500 miles.
Car Engine History Status (Past)
-1-98 Miles, Normal driving 1-3k RPM's
-99-130 Went around 70-90 MPH for about 3-4 minutes.
-Around 200~ Went about 80-100 MPH for about 3-4 minutes.
-200-300~ Miles Revv'd it to around 3-4k 3-4 times.
-350~ Miles Revv'd it more around 3-4k, as well as going 80~.
-400+ Miles Revv'd it from 1-7k RPMs in gears 1 and 2. And in 3, around 4-5k RPMs. Did that about 5-6 times. As well as my neighbor testing it out in auto revving it from 1-6.
-500-550 Normal driving, hit 4K RPM once.
Car Status: as of 3/12/2009.
-2-3k RPM's sound a little raspy (Wondering if thats normal?) compared to what it used to sound like when it was under 400 miles.
-Slight ringing from the passenger side under the hood about 2-3 times a day when accelerating from 0 to 25~ RPM's normally accelerated to 2-3k and coasting back down.

-Hit 4k RPM Once after about 3 minutes of driving.
-Drove on highway for about 10 minutes at 60-80MPH.
