Trying to seal leak in driver a Piller.
I have a leak inside the car up top by the a Piller.
and after pouring water by the sunroof area and out I might need to seal these pieces .so question is how do I seal this pieces and does the blue circled piece have to come out first ?

Did you have your windshield replaced?
The red circle part can come out easily - just slide the rubber towards the windshield and unhook it (hook on the bottom) and pull it up.
The blue circle part is likely glued to the A pillar and you may break it trying to remove it.

I didn't have it replaced. But I bought this Permatex 81730 Flowable Silicone Windshield and Glass Sealer, 1.5 oz. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BKEBO0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_NYz8Ab26WQQ2A
just trying to figure out how and where I would apply this

Going slightly off track with a stupid question, have you checked the sunroof drains to make sure they are clear? On one of my other cars, its fills with debris, and then water from the sunroof area drips into the car.
Not sure about the TSX, but usually, the sunroof to roof seal is not expected to be perfect, so there are drains that run down the A pillar. A bit of dirt in the sunroof area can easily plug the hole. I use a fine wire to clean the dirt out of the entry to the drain tube, the check my work by dribbling water, making sure it shows up behind the wheel.
One drain each side.

Same issue on 2013 TSX
Sorry to revive an old thread, but I am having this exact same issue. I have isolated the leak to this area. It is definitely not the sunroof drain. Were you able to fix it with the flowable silicone sealant? Any tips or tricks?
Thanks,
Todd
