I am trying to pick up a TSX TOMORROW.

What kind of deals are people getting right now?
Every dealer is offering the car @ Invoice + $1000
I am trying to get AUTO/TECH
36 months, 12k miles/yr

Money factor is .00263
Residual Value is 62%.

Anyone have the residual figures for other mileage/time?

The $309 lease on the website looks like ~68% residual value which seems pretty high.. I would jump on a deal if they offer 64% on the 36 month 12k lease..

Also, any dealer referrals in Denver, Colorado area? Please PM me.

Try Acura of Mission Viejo...they last offered me $500 over invoice...

In May when I got mine near when they first came out, they were giving 69% residuals on base models with 10k miles/year. I jumped on that.

You can pull under invoice if you try hard enough

Put all 3 dealers against each other. The easiest way is to do it via email. Im sure you can get invoice nowadays

ok.. got the TSX, the salesman was OK, but the sales manager was a dick.. my god.. i hope the GM calls me or something..
anyhow, we lease the TSX.

umm.. included that one "pack" with wheel locks, trunk tray, mud guards, and floor mats.
4 oil changes.

I dont think I did too bad. about ~$400 over invoice. figuring pack is worth $200+$100 for oil change.
the car itself is $30270 invoice..
Not the best deal. but probably the best in Denver.. i know SoCal it goes for $300 over invoice.. don't hate me. :p
