So...what's your headlight/fog light combo?
I ordered 6k upgrade for my lows and 3k for my fogs from DDM tuning. I have a 2010 PWP. I was gonna go with 6k and 6k but I absolutely love the pure white with the yellow combo. When I had my 2003 Protege 5, I had the same exact combo but my car was blue. If you have pics that you can post, that would be great! I'll post my before and after pics when my stuff gets in. Thanks guys!

I dont understand why you would switch to 6k. You will produce less light output the the oem 43k not to mention crappy bulbs. You want whiter light go with Osram/Sylvania CBI bulbs. I will never co anything above the CBI 5k nor will i get anything other than oem bulbs, not worth it. As for fogs I will be doing yellow.

5k low beams, and led fogs. The led fogs are kind of terrible. I need to commit to buy a ballast for HID fogs. Fogs will be 5k also.
I think 6k is too blue, I don't get why people like it so much. Can't see shit.

I have the stock bulbs for the low beams, and 6k for the fog lights. I wanted to match the fogs with the stock color, but i guess i read it wrong somewhere and ended up getting the 6k and ended up liking it.
What is the exact color of the stock bulbs? 4300 or 5000?

I have 6000K headlights with 6000k LED turn signals. Technically the color should match cause they are both 6000K, but as you can see my turn signals are bluer. I have 3000K hids for foglights.

Grigio. Osram/Sylvania makes a bulb called CBI. Google it they are kinda hard to find but are 5k and wont diminish light output. I personally prefer performance 43k-5k than looks. 3k fogs light up the foreground perfect, awesome for foggy days or when it raining hard.

Light coming from the projector will be different than if you just had the buld out in the open. The projector lens acts as a prism and changes the color band. Since your leds and bulbs are not from the same manuf. I assume, they will vary in color.

6K up top <- LaminX light smoke
3k down low <- LaminX yellow <- Does absolutely nothing to change the colour.
As has been discussed, 3000K HID's are never ever going to be yellow its always either green or light yellow/4300k shit haha only yellow is 3000k nokya's/PIAA's halogens

I never had problems with my 3k from TRS, then again their stuff is not cheap. I would say my fogs were yellow, but they where in a projector fog housing. I kept it all so it will be going on the tsx soon and will see if there is a difference. Also I dont know if you guys heard about the scam ddm was doing a while back on their hid kits. It had to due with bulbs not matching and being incorrect k lumens and other stuff that i forgot. They where suppose to stop selling kits back then so I dont know what finally happen. I never bought them, never will. Anyways like I said I will be installing the 3k from trs and see how the color is in the reflector housing.

I have to order the bulbs. The 3k I have are 880 bulbs. I will be placing the order tomorrow so maybe by the weekend I will have them in. I had the 880 in blazer projectors which are the oem projectors for the trailblazer ss. I don't think I ever took any pics but I know they where yellow, no green from what I remember. I could fire the 880s up and post a pic mean while. They won't be in a reflector housing or projector though.

Didn't get a chance to change my lows out to 6k the other night so they're still the stock 4.5k...I gotta get my brothers Canon Rebel to take better pics of the light output rather than the ones from my phone.
