Snow like that would shut down the city of Victoria for days. Hahaha.

here's mine...took me like 30 minutes to carefully clean it off, and there's another 4 or 5 inches of snow on it again this morning.

I want to live where there's 4 seasons, but wow!

Is there any wonder why we know so many people with birthdays in late September? =P

HeavyDuty....You know what, I would give you 3 of my seasons if you want!! I HATE this weather, snow, salt, dirt on the road. I would give anything to live in Florida so count your blessings! If you wanna see snow, just come for a visit, at least, you can go back to dry weather after a week.

i have non-tech too...

i thought about getting the tech package, but it was going to add about $2,600 on top and i just decided that i could get a $100 garmin with a 4.3" screen and lifetime traffic and save myself $2,500. the backup camera would be nice, as would voice controls (i had the nav in my 2005, which i do miss), but honestly, the controls are good enough that i don't need to hit a button and try to tell the system (sometimes, multiple times) to do what i want. also, i have turn-by-turn nav on my cell phone.

another reason for not forking over the money is because nearly all of the people with speaker blowouts have the tech package (at least, anecdotally).

my one regret is that i didn't try to bargain with the salesman because he had probably 8 6-speed techs on the lot at the time.

oh well! i love the car, and the bluetooth works great and is "tech" enough for me.

i dunno about others, but i think the stock system sounds pretty good. there are a couple small bands of frequency that i think are too recessed for some reason, but otherwise, the separation, clarity, and balance is pretty good to me.

the stock sound system sounds awesome. I may throw in another sub (love bass) but apart from that i'm not planning on changing anything in the interior apart from the shift knob anytime soon
