Recommendation for DRL / HighBeam replacement
I have searched other threads but didn't see my question answered, though I know DRL replacements have been discussed.
Anyways, I am looking to replace my DRL / High Beam with something that is bright yet in the cool white color temp range.
I know that in DRL mode the voltage is only 9volts so I wonder if a regular 12volt incandescent bulb like the Nokya Arctic Whites will show full color in DRL mode and if the are even bright enough (functional) to see during the day.
Or should I go with a LED bulb? Though there are drawbacks with LED's too.
I use my High Beams only to "Flash to Pass" since the low beam HID's are bright enough for me.
Any recommendations for a DRL / High Beam replacement bulb that is "plug-in play", can be used for occasional high beam flashing, and bright enough during the day to be a functional DRL??
