but they doesn't understant what I want They want to sale me a "old" kit
for the ACURA CL9...

 

Did they say they had test fitted it and the 08 works for the 09? (It's a really simple part, it may be the right one.) Then again, if they said "They're all the same" then call back and ask for technical assistance. Good luck.
