No extra stuff is included. Just the car.

Pretty good deal (I got my 6MT tech for 29,800) but see if you can negotiate some wheel locks, mats, etc. too (I didn't, I really wish I had!)

Not bad deal... but may be some more room...you are a bit constrained since the car is out of state... not sure if you're negotiating directly with out of state dealer or with local dealer who is shipping?

If local, then ensure you get accurate shipping quote... this killed my deal (ie it was too high) when I was working with local dealer.

Once I learned the cost of shipping, I went directly to the out of state dealer (internet manager) and completed the deal with him (and then drove to get the car from him)
