Piaa H11 Fogs.
Namely these bulbs. PIAA’s Xtreme White Plus H-11 with a Kelvin rating of 4000K.
Any opinions on these. I was thinking of going with an amber light but we don't get a whole lot of heavy fog here so I was thinking the above might work better as a "driving" light. Especially if I aim them a tad higher then stock.

not sure off hand, but I think I run these as fogs.
I run a higher temperature rating though for fogs are basically useless with HID lights
on at the same time. I run them the same temp as my HIDs for matching purposes.
I run independent fogs when it rains or at early dusk or whatever to avoid having
to run my HIDs when I don't need them. they do well.
I have lots of PIAA bulbs in my car and they all work great, no complaints at all.
4000k will match your headlights pretty good.

Oliver!!!
I've heard a lot of good things about the Hoen Xenonmatch H11 bulbs. There's a few people in the 1G section running them and they all say that match pretty well.

Good idea, I'll do that. Should have pics by this evening or sooner. I am going to attempt the resonator removal again today. Was it you who installed the Aero kit yourself? If so, the front bumper almost looks to easy to remove..

I have the Aero Kit instructions for removing the bumpers in pdf if you'd like them. Just drop me an email and I'll send them to you. It's darrenp2 at hotmail.com (don't want to hotlink for spam purposes).

Here are the photos of the Piaa.
First photo is completely stock. Second photo has one stock and one Piaa for comparisson purposes. Can you tell me which is which? I can't say that I am impressed enough with the difference to pay $100.

I would only save $25 after shipping to Canada etc. The convenience of being able to return them if one was faulty is worth the extra $25 that I paid.

The Hoen bulbs are 4000K.

Just got the Hoen Xenonmatch H11s. I can now use my fogs without having them look like some cheap aftermarket crap. I'd say the color temp is about 95% matching the HIDs when looking head-on. Bulbs were $30 and took about 20 min to replace. No tools needed either
