Periodic cabin vibration when heat is on

Had this with the AC too. Now that I have been running the heat, for about 7 seconds every 30 seconds or so I get a dense vibration in the cabin. It is felt in the steering wheel and seat mostly. Its really annoying, especially at a stop light. I took the car to the dealer two weeks ago for vibration issues and they ruled it as normal but I did not present them with this vibration when the heat is on. I swear I'm going to get a cup of water or something and rest it on the steering wheel to show you guys what I'm talking about. The dealer keeps ruling it as "we never get manual cars so we dont know".

While i'm here, any manual owners notice the car lurches forward when you let off the throttle? I don't mean a generous engine brake, I mean after the throttle lag/rev hang, the car will literally lurch forward in an uncomfortable way as the disengages transferring forward motion. Only manual car I've had do this this bad.

I don't know how to check other than obvious damage. I searched a lot on the topic and cannot find a decent video/tutiorial/pictures of checking or replacing these mounts. Closest I have come are k series accords but I do not know how close they are.

That looks like #6 in this diagram: https://www.discountpartsmonster.com...er=50630ta0a10

Is this pretty much what I need to do?

Maybe the RSX is more comparable?

Thanks for the help Thoiboi btw
