New TSX owner

Just picked this up, and stumbled across the forum while looking for instructions on how to remove the door panels. Figured I'd join and say what's up.

Just bought a 2010 TSX with Tech Package, really is a nice car. It's replacing my previous daily driver, which was a 1999 olds aurora. I have extreme sentimental attachment to that thing, it's a damn couch on wheels... but the northstar V8 in it just didn't do anything for me in terms of fuel economy. It started rusting, and I fell in love with my neighbor's TSX, and the rest is history.

Gave it a fresh wash and wax the day after getting it:

The car is stock, and is going to stay that way. MAYBE a CAI when the filter needs replaced.

My garage car is this:

04 CTS-V with a 408 stroker in it. I have 300 miles on it in the last year. It made about 550 whp, and is kinda daily driveable, aside from the 10 mpg. After getting the TSX, I don't foresee this car getting a whole lot more miles put on it.

First thing I'm doing is taking the front speakers out of the Aurora, and putting them in the TSX.

Welcome! The blue really pops. And damn 10 MPG? I'm sure you'll like the TSX plenty for its improvement over that figure, but damn that CTS-V must be a rocketship.

It SHOULD run a low 11. I'm afraid to launch it, the weak rear diff is something that is well documented.

I'm getting ready to put these speakers in tomorrow morning. Anyone have any opinion on how the stock radio/amplifier will hold up to a 4 ohm load until I put an amp in it?
