New owner...TSX Wagon
Picked it up last night, 2012 non-tech TSX Sport Wagon, black/black.
Wife and I are coming from a Land Rover LR3, which we loved on our camping and kayaking trips, but didn't care for as a daily driver (16mpg combined). Going to drive through this winter on the stock tires as they only have a few miles on them, but probably pull the trigger on a dedicated winter wheel/tire setup for next winter.
Need to get it tinted soon, but looking forward to get some wheel time behind our new ride.

Glad you made the purchase! Sorry I forgot to send that picture of my dog in the wagon.
Also, once you tint the black/black you will love it more. I had 20% around & 35% front window, if you search I have pictures up on here.

Pyro, this is the first I'm hearing of the LED interior...have any more details/pics?
Leprechaun, no worries on the picture. I'll post some more pics once I get the tint done; speaking of, if anybody has recommendations for a tint guy in the western suburbs of Chicago I would be interested to know their info.

search the forum, really big long thread on it. its a pretty common mod for us. pretty much, SOP for buying a tsx is tints, LED's and HID fogs haha. i think all the lights are exactly the same, except you may have an extra dome light or something for the wagon area? check the sylvania guide

Looks great! So did you end up finding that your dog fit alright in the back seat? For window tint, my suggestion would be to see who is an authorized dealer in 3M products as that is at least a good indicator of a reputable shop to know that they use quality products. 3M doesn't have fly-by-night dealers. I will likely be putting 3M Crystalline CLICK on mine. My brother has used that on his last 2 cars using 40% around the sides and 70% on the windshield (clear). The windshield is at such an angle and such a large piece that the tint there makes a huge difference in cutting the heat out and making the A/C so much more efficient.

My dog can fit with the seats folded down, altough it is tight since he's so tall. What we're going to do is buy a rear seat hammock style cover from Orvis and have him use that, then put our gear in the cargo area.
The A4 Avant had a couple extra inches of height inside, but it was also $10K more. Just can't justify the price spread; the TSX SW is a ton of car for the money in my opinion and a great all around vehicle.

One of my dogs loves the wagon because he can lay down (with the seats down) and still see out the windows. I do want to find something that will cover the entire back section (with the seats down) that is washable. My one dog sheds like nothing else so keeping the car clean is a task

Muller's in Woodfield, the only ones who had a black/black non-tech in stock. I wanted to deal w/McGrath in Westmont, but they weren't going to be getting one until the end of the month and we didn't want to wait.
We paid $30,091 plus TTL. Got 1.9% through Acura as well. I tried to get them to throw in the cargo liner as well (a $175 accessory) but couldn't get them to do that. TrueCar shows the same car should be $30,291; overall, I feel really good about the price.

That's a price to feel good about! We have almost 3000 miles on our wagon now (mostly my wife driving) and I am slowly finding myself wanting to drive it more and more (my DD is a Saab 9-5).
Starting to want an Acura all my own now.

I have the cargo liner and it was an essential purchase with my Golden Retrievers and hobbies. Works great, although I wish it did not have holes for the cargo tie down loops. The majority of the hair is contained to the cargo liner and is very easy to clean unlike the carpet.

We have a Golden and a Sheltie... the Golden isn't so bad, our sheltie's fur is everywhere in my wife's CX-7... heh, the boys haven't had the chance to ride in my wagon yet...

Can you use the retractable cover with the cargo liner? Also, the shape of the back makes fitting a dog barrier a bit difficult from what I can determine. What have you dog owners been using? For her safety, and the protection of the car, I prefer to keep her in back.
