New 2012 TSX!
I got a 2010 TSX base in January of this year. I traded in my WRX and got a sweet deal on a "remaining" 2010. I was nothing but pleased with it! The dealer was amazing - between my friends and family we've bought 5 cars from him this year.
Fast forward to October - my salesman emailed me and told me he has an amazing offer; a 2012 TSX Tech lease for a little bit more than I was paying for the 2010. Well, the wife agreed and he brought the car to us last night! I love it! The fact that he traveled 1.25 hrs to deliver the car to us on a Friday night speaks volumes for the dealership. Class act! If you live in central IN and are in the market for an Acura (or Subaru), see Dave Moser at Ft. Wayne Acura!!!
It's raining here today, so no pics yet, but here's what it is:
2012 TSX Tech
Graphite Luster/Ebony
All-Season Pkg (I didn't know it was on there until he delivered it - I don't think he knew either - BONUS)
I love the nav, voice control, & backup camera! The ELS stereo hasn't been put through its paces yet; I'd like to buy at least one DVD-Audio disc to test it. My first impressions are that it can really be cranked up loud without distortion. I think the base system sounded good for all types of media (I'm not an audiophile) but this ELS stereo will let a lot of the missing sounds through that the other couldn't. I had a bit of trouble pairing my iPhone 4 with the system. There's a set of instructions if no phone had been paired before and a set if there had been a phone paired. I had to use the set as if a phone had already been paired before - it was weird and seemed very backwards, but it eventually worked. My phonebook transferred flawlessly and quickly. The weather is a nice feature - traffic isn't available (or necessary) where I live.
I don't know if they refreshed the grille in 2011 but mine is definitely different than the 2010. The fogs are different but I know that happened in 2011. Also, there is a chrome strip above the license plate that goes from taillight to taillight - was that there in 2011? I don't remember it on the 2010. The "pink" in the taillights doesn't bother me as I remember it did some people when the 2011's came out. I think it makes the rear of the car mesh better.
There is white (or light gray) stitching on the upholstery - it looks sharp! Center console plastic is different than the 2010 - I think that was new in 2011 - it's glossy instead of the matte finish.
I intend on switching all of the interior bulbs, license plate bulbs, and reverse lights to LED as I had in my 2010. I think it looks better and matches the level of technology in the TSX. I kind of thought the 2012 TSX would have interior LEDs like the TL (and maybe others - I've only ever been in a TL). I had an Injen CAI on the 2010 but I don't intend on installing it on my 2012 - look for it on the black market.
All in all, there are a few changes to me in this car and I am very happy! I plan to keep this one longer than 10 months!!

Thanks for the in-depth review, and congratulations. My 2011 also has the chrome strip in the rear and the smaller grille in the front. I came from an '09 lease and didn't pay a dime to walk off with the 2011. I've enjoyed the car for a couple of months and just discovered another feature last night: navi screen wallpaper. Don't forget to look in the navi manual for it! Regarding DVD-As, there's a decent selection on Amazon. Enjoy!

Congrats! I was wondering when your car was made? The date will be on a plate inside the drivers door sill. I'm just wondering when Honda started backup the TSX line after the earthquake.

Nah i think we had one or two before him.
Speaking of our CU2 family growing up, i have realized that there are two groups of people joining us. The used 2009's and the 2012's...I think I like the 2012 guys the best

On my 2011, there is nothing to stitch... Smooth plastic on top and textured plastic on the bottom.

I have a 2011 auto, and my shift boot and ebrake boot were both stitched in black. I took my knob to a fabric store (actually a few) and matched up some grey upholstery thread, and re-stitched both boots to match the rest of the car. It bugged me that much.

I am a new 2012 member...love the car so far. Just have an issue with the heat which will hopefully get remedied.

There is so little pleather on the boot, that I missed this issue the first time around. Today I see what you are saying. Black stitching that's different from the rest of the car.
Something didn't get passed down to the Master Engineers on the final approval group.
Of course with my greasy hands, everything will match soon enough.
