Navigation stopped working

Hey.. I currently own an acura tsx 2011 tech package but my radio stopped working i went to the dealership and they said that it will cost me about 3,500 to get it fixed. Is there anyway i could install an aftermarket radio.. I dont really care about the navigation since I didn't use my cars navigation anyways I just want to be able to listen to music again.. Any help is appreciated

What is wrong with it? "stopped working" is pretty generic.

When you die, the cause is always ultimately that your heart "stopped working" but that could have been caused by jumping off a cliff, getting shot or run over by a city bus.

Does it still light up? Other features work? Anything else "stopped working?"

Isn't it still under warranty? What is the in-service date and how many miles?

have you tried a hard reset.

disconnect battery negative. step on brake or put on hadlights to drain all power.
wait an hour or so then reconnect.

like windows......do a restart.

This.

If you pull the headunit, then other things go wonky. The fact that the backup camera works is a good sign. I assume you checked fuses?

Just stopped working one day?

How many miles and what is the in-service date. If you don't have the in-service date, what is the build date (on a sticker on the pillar when you open the driver's door)?
