my custom grille

Either this will turn out the way I want or I will get frustrated and end up selling it for someone else to finish...lol

1. chop up euro accord grille
2. insert diamond plastic mesh (need a bigger piece)
3. attach your choice of emblem in the center

Oh man good luck with this DIY BRO!

Erryone has a EURO grille project now, it's the in thing these days...I guess TSXKid's LED tire valve covers didnt become a popular mod afterall.

If you can create a nice grille, or a DIY for a nice grill, you could easily sell all 5 at 220, even more. It really depends on what you end up doing with the grill you have.

Cutting, trimming, sanding complete.
Next step, it's off to the carbon fiber shop to get wrapped and clear coated.

Then attach the mesh and she's good to go

I just have never been a fan of aftermarket fiberglass stuff. I'd rather modify an oem piece so I know the fit will be perfect

well hope all goes well and it turns out like i plan

I was going to have my friend bondo all the cut marks and spray it matte black but for $100 i'm going to have it wrapped in real cf and maybe color match the outer trim to the car.

Well it's at the cf shop being worked on
When it comes back, it will be up for sale
I'll probably lose money but I'm sure it will make someone happy out there in Acuraland

Everything black on the grille (surround of frame and the H) will be wrapped in real carbon/clearcoat
The silver front frame will be matte black

Is the H emblem stuck onto the mesh? Or is it moveable?

I was going to glue the H pod to the center but I guess I'll let the buyer decide
