...and im LOVIN' IT!!...i bought the 2010 tsx (4 cylinder) in pearl white, premium package (cuz i dont believe i need navigation, and i dont want to depend on the camera to park.)
my friend who has a bmw 5 commented on how the 2nd gen TSX is more comfortable than his ride (in the front anyway.)
i can't stop staring at the speedometer, it just looks too cool.
the exterior is awesome.
and i dont find it TOO big of a car, maybe just because i've driven bigger or wider cars before.
i think the car DOES need more torque or hp,(i know there's a v6, but with the gas prices lately, it just wasn't worth it) that'll definately make the car even more addicting that it already is.
Another thing is the rims, i mean...yeah they're nice...but i think with such an aggressive front end and sleek back, the tsx deserved something with a little more spice.
i got the car at 7km, and now it's at around 190km. and i've used about 1/4 of my gas. ( is this normal, decent, good?)
all in all, beautiful car, handles great, excellent interior, comfortable and smooth, pretty quick in higher speeds and im just glad i chose this over the is250. (the is feels like a slightly better corolla in a lexus body!! imo.
)
I LOVE IT!!
future modifications:
tint tail lights
new rims (not sure on what yet)
drop it by 0.5-1 inch
matching front grill
window tint
possibly an aftermarket intake

it's a car-drive it
congrats-I am planning on replacing my 06 6MT Tsx next June. It now has almost 112,000 problem free miles. We recently bought a '11 sonata 6MT. I have to admit is a very comfortable riding car and the paint quality is alot better than the tsx. It has 4,000 miles after one month.

Congrats and welcome to the forum.
Don't worry about the mileage yet, do follow the break in period recommendations. After a few thousand miles on the odometer, then you will get a proper MPG reading.
If you live in area of heavy snow, use the stock rims for winter driving and get some aftermarket rims for fair weather driving.

congratulations as well. if you havent already, you
may want to look into the clear bra for your car to address the paint issue before it really becomes an issue. and like 09TSXtech said, folloe the break in procedure and eventually the ecu will adjust for better mileage. my first tank netted me 280 miles. now im pushin' 400 average, of course with highway driving too. and after eight months i still love it, despite my gripes about the usual issues. nothing that cant be corrected so whatever. enjoy!

Man I feel the same way with my 2010 TSX. This is my first Acura car but my second Honda. Its an upgrade from a 2004 Civic Sedan. I just can't stop looking at the exterior of the TSX especially the unique contours and design. The interior is excellent and the ride very comfy. Its like I always want to drive it around...Lol. The CBP paint is so much better from my NBP civic. This one is so much richer. I am really glad I chose this over the EXL V6 accord!

Oh, yeah speaking of wash, i have a question...this may sound dumb, but some friends of mine tell me not to wash my car yet because it has just been detailed before i picked it up. However, it's hard to resist washing it because i see dust and dirt in some places

Also, the tsx i bought is white, not CBP.

And I live in Richmond. I'm pretty surprised i haven't seen your car around cuz i'm always paying attention to nice cars.

You can wash your car anytime you want to. I washed mine 3 days after I picked it up from the dealership but I only went to washworld and I used the spray gun. It only cost me $4 bucks...Lol
Sooner or later I will have to do it by hand after all the rain that we are having.
