It is sort of on hold we wrap up another project. But we can bring it up soon here. I can make moves with some $100 deposits. Are there any people ready for that yet?

I can do either first but we need to get deposits first. After we get some deposits we are looking at about 3 weeks start to finish.

The front lip I could get but I can't promise the shipping yet.

An astute member sent me an email and it sort of changes our project a bit...in a way it makes things easier for me

The price for the modulo grille has been reduced by Honda. It now is selling for $300-350, which is much less of a nosebleed number and I think people looking for this grille with an H will be interested in paying for it I expect.

So, there is no $ in a H grille reproduction from us! BUT, we can make the A grille now, uninhibited by the H grille complication.

So, we will be looking to take deposits on this project starting this week!

You see what the modulo one looks like, right? Imagine an A instead of an H. That's it.

So, if you want to help make the part a reality you'll wanna commit to a deposit.

I will be looking for $100 initially.

Hey Marcus, i assume the final price is less than the cost of the original grille?

To clarify,

We can no longer compare our A grille to an original one as such a grille does not exist. We are looking to make a part for people with TSX that want to keep the A but have the look of the Modulo grille. The modulo grille price is sort of irrelevant because people interested in an A grille will not consider it. Ours might end up a bit more but the target is $350.

Oh ok. Thanks for clarifying! So there will also be a replica for the Modulo sports grille with the H badge?

Kowloon, I think that means Marcus is only making the replica sports grille with A only, since the H one from Honda will cost around the same price.

You guys with the grille:

Is this an original honda product or is this the replica? I am starting to like it. If it is the original part, where did you get it and how much?

Thanks.

Contact Marcus @ HeelToe for pricing. The one with H is from Honda and Marcus is taking deposits for the replica A version.

Thanks kowloon and ttk, I really like the look of it. And I think the white one Marcus has was primered and not painted.

can somebody do a photoshop with the acura emblem on both of these grills? Also, maybe i'm just picky.. but is there anyway to switch out the back 'square/rectangle net' behind the grill with something less noticable? Thanks

Man, that does look really good! It's funny how drastically it alters the whole front end...even the hood line looks different.

So...how do you like it? Are you going to do the trunk badge too?

I bet H center caps would pop right in.

I like the crate reveal behind the bar, it goes with the lower fascia design.

Yes, in a nice way.

So...how do you like it?
Very much, my wife and kids, even the neighbour thinks it looks very natural.

Are you going to do the trunk badge too? May be.

I bet H center caps would pop right in. According to Marcus, it does.

I like that too.
