Unhappy lower bumper (smiley part) removal..

Long story but I ran over something and it damaged my lower grille ...thank god nothing else got damage but the lower part of the grille (2009 TSX) is beyond repair so I ordered new one... Instead of going to a shop is there anyway I can pop it out myself...Cant seem to find a DYI on it... my mechanical skills are not the best but I have removed the chrome blade myself lol

...And Once it is removed can I drive around without it for a while since I was thinking this would be the best time to get it painted to match my vinyl'd blade...

..Yes I have searched...a DYI link would be great

Thank you in advance

PM me, and i'll give you my number. im actually probably gonna go to my dealer on friday or something, which is in ramsey. im by the GWB. are you busy tuesday at about 8PM? if not, come out to the menlo park mall meet. i can take your bumper off there in about 5-10 min and show you how to do it. you can take a video and we can post it up here for future reference =P
