Dag some of you are paying to much for a base TSX. Don't be scared to negotiate.
Never put anything down up front!
Negotiate the price of the car first!
My wifes TSX deal: 2012 TSX SE for $315 a month including taxes and fees for 36 months. 12k Miles a Yr! No money down.
I love leasing if you can get a good deal. Know exactly what you can buy the car for at the end. If they car gets into an accident I can just unload it at lease end with no loss out of my pocket for the hassle of selling a car that had been in an accident.

^^ Ya that. I lease the car at cost. My lease payment is a little higher than the SE since the SE has a much much higher resale value than the base TSX. What sucked is that I could have gotten an SE but would to have paid a higher payment due to the fact the ALG had no value on the new model yet and I needed a new car. Still wasnt a sound value when my wife needed a new car so we ended up getting the 09 through auction.
I give props on the 315 payment. 12K miles a year helps too. Would be around my payment or a little higher with 15K a year that I have.
