So you combined the K24z3 and the K24z4 engine? How did you reach 250hp? Same tune as the one you have done on other CU2's?

Also, wondering what made you decide to do this? Are there parts from the K24z3 that yield more performance and worth all this effort?

Anyhow, I know you know what your doing so great job in getting those numbers!

from what i understood, he just took out the k24(tsx engine) and put in a k20(civic type r engine)

heres the specs of each for those interested, the k24 is not bhp, so it is considerably less, like 170-180 i believe

Reading it I thought he used the k24z3 block with aftermarket rotating assembly, and the k20z4 head with parts.

Excellent work, Chivik! Looks awesome!

Chivik, is that the resulting CR from combining the K24Z3 short block and rotating assembly with the K20Z4 head or are they custom pistons to reach that compression ratio?

Also curious, what's the highest octane fuel you have over there?

Not to aside or anything, but the new subieyota brz/fr-s/gt86, that new boxer 4 runs 12:1 compression.

However it does also use direct injection.
