Issue with tachometer and speedometer 2009 Acura TSX
Hi Guys, I hope so everyone is doing well. I bought one used Acura TSX 2009 4 months back and it drives really well with 200100 Kilometers on it. Everything seems pretty much alright with this car but few days back, the RPM needle started to behave a little unusual. For 4 months it was working fine like normal but now suddenly when I release gas pedal, the RPM does not drop quickly.
When I apply brakes, the car stops and RPM takes little more time to come to Idle position which is around 800 RPM, also I am not sure this affects the speedometer needle as well or not but the speedometer does not drop as quickly as it did before. I live in a cold city with negative temperatures most of the time so someone told me it is due to cold weather. Rest everything is fine with car, on cold start RPM is 1500, slows down to 700-800 after few minutes and tranny works pretty fine. No Engine lights or warnings on the car.
Can someone suggest that if something is wrong with car or is this normal?
Thanks !

Does this happen after the car is up to normal operating temperature, or only when it is still getting up to temp (i.e., still "cold")?
The speedo and tach are both electronic, so there's no mechanical delay in either, unless it's REALLY cold where you are. Where exactly are you?
