how to remove-Pillars?

how to remove-Pillars?

as the title say i need to remove all Pillars A B and C anyone have DIY how to do it?

-are they just hold by clips?
-do i really have to be careful about airbags?
-should i discontent battery before?
any help would be appreciate

Done it other cars.

Def disconnect battery

Wait about 15 minutes for the bags. On my jeep the manual said 2 minutes. It had side curtain bags all that but 15 to be safe.


The rest to someone else as my manual is 11+.

I not sure.

On the 12 its quite complicated. I have no idea if YOUR 10 is same.

Has some weird hardware on top that you hit with a mallet to POP them.

Wait for someone with a 10 manual

My jeep with hydro dipped A pillars. BCD all were painted body color

Th e manual says undo the negative terminal and wait 3 minutes fyi

I can confirm it's the same for the 2010. Hitting the clip with the mallet did not work for me: i guess i wasn't hitting it hard enough. However you can unhook the clip from the trip by bending the trim piece. Advantage is that you won't have to replace the clip.
