How often do you rotate tires?
My shop where I got the tires offers free rotation every 5k.
I forgot about it this year and now I'm at ~8k. So I got curious and searched online, seems a common recommendation is 6-8k or 6mo.
Regarding the 6mo, I haven't paid much attention to time recs if there's a miles rec, ie with oil changes, I've went past 1 year before hitting 10k miles and only changed oil at 10k even though it was close to 2 years due to lockdowns and WFH.
My car is parked in an underground garage so it should be cleaner than outside. However, I can see how time might be more relevant for rotations because the car is still sitting on the tires even when not driven and parked in a garage.

I do it every 5K miles because my tire warranty stipulates that timeframe. (... and I have gotten pro-rata credit on new tires when my old tires have worn down before their warranted mileage limits because I had the documentation to show they had been rotated every 5K.)
