How much did you pay for your 2009 TSX?
I was just wondering how much people paid for their TSX. My "out the door" (with tax, fees, etc) price was $31,000 (Base, 6MT, with wing spoiler). What about you folks?

This credit crisis really made it a good time to buy a car. Lucky that I have been saving for quite some time. I'm pretty sure I got an awesome deal. I got a black non-tech Automatic with the Areo Kit ("front, side, and rear spoilers"), Wing Spoiler, and Side Body Molding.
$29,658 ($27,000 - CAR + $2658 - Accessories)
+ $2,076 (7% Sales Tax)
+ $468.5 (Dealer charges- Reg, Doc, Tire, ect..)

After I sell my current car... Im getting a PWP/ebony base model for $27,600. No retarded dealer fees, just a $150 all inclusive fee. Add $1662 in taxes.
Total should come to about $29,400 with a few extras thrown in

09 Base $28,000
Paying 28,000 + 295 doc fee + TTL. Getting splash guards installed for additional $100. Dealers nearer to Boston offered e the car for $27,700 + doc + TTL, but it isn't worth 90 min drive each way for me.

I got mine last Sunday for 28,200 out the door w/ 2.9 % interest for 60 months. I was trying to bring it down to 27,500 but the guy was basically kicking me out. Its only the base model. I regret that though, I want to put a nice navi or tv in it but I think its impossible, or is it not?

I bought a used 09 NAVI with 2800 miles for $30,770 out the door. Only wheel locks, cargo tray and splash guards as extras. Palladium mettalic with ebony interior. Acura certified cars come with additional 12k warranty for material/workmanship and 100k for powertrain

Could you guys posting these awesome deals let us know what geographic region you're in? I've been calling around, and it looks like cheapest I could get for base non-navi, no extras, including TTL, is about $29,500 (and that's after calling several different dealers and haggling a good bit). This is in CT.

In Chicago area, I got a tech pwp/parchment tsx today for 29900 including destination.. then 9.25% tax (grrrrr chicago) and a few fees. Not sure how it is everywhere, but in Illinois you pay tax on the car after the trade is deducted, so I paid tax on roughly 23k. My trade was around 6900... out the door with everything I was right aroudn $25400.

Just put in my order for a Basque Red/Parchment auto-tech today. Will pick up on Saturday. Price is $29,523 with destination and documentation fees. I'll pay Maine 5% sales tax. Will trade in the Accord, but don't expect to get much for it with 305K. Probably about $500 at most. I was quoted $600-$900 eight years ago with 229K when purchasing the MDX.

I signed my lease on Feb 28, 2009 with DCH Heart Acura near Poughkeepsie, NY (1.5 hour ride on Metro North) for Acura TSX 2009 w/o tech package. Grigio/ebony. Color didn't make any difference in terms of a deal.
Selling price $25,990. Lease terms: 0 down (except first payment and DMV), $349 per month (all taxes and fees included in monthly payments). 39 month lease. 10K miles/year (12K would have been about $8-10 more per month).
I believe I got an amazing deal and the salesperson is great there. No pressure at all. Completed deal over the phone. Picked it up on the weekend. Just signed paperwork -- took 20 min. A breeze. Would be happy to share name/phone of the sales guy.
Prior to getting this deal, I went to about a dozen Honda dealerships looking to lease Accord EX-L, i4, and pretty much all of them gave me worse deals than I got for Acura. Go figure.

Here's my price breakdown, they basically said that they are giving me all their holdback (for what that's worth) and it was to the point that asking for them to throw in all-season floormats would have been a dealbreaker. My salesmen almost made it seem like he could get the floormats (this is after our final price) but the general manager shot it down... that's got to be a good sign right (in terms of getting a good price)?
Car: 2009 Tech TSX CBP/Ebony
Price Breakdown:
Invoice ($30,224) - $750 (dealer cash incentive) - $625 (holdback) = $28,849 (Sale Price)
Sale Price + $100 (processing fee) + $1,736 (Maryland 6% Tax) + $228 (Tags and Registration) = $30,913 Out the Door

Black Tech package, automatic

This was at Stevens Creek Acura in San Jose. They tried to bait and switch, but at the end of the day got it at the agreed upon price along with the trunk mat and wheel locks.

Any one know what the current residual values and money factor are?
I am looking at a 36month/15k mile lease for a non-tech 6spd manual.
I want to work all the numbers via email before I go in.
The dealers don't want to give up that info for some reason.
Thank you.

I think you can do better Farage.
I think the current residual is 61% and money factor .00215
Call the dealer to verify these, they should give it to you, or check out what people are paying and current residual/money factors.
http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/WebX/.ef9d9be
Check out Edmunds for Pricing:
http://www.edmunds.com/new/2009/acur...43/prices.html
Use the MSRP and TMV (selling price or better if you got one) to base the lease off of.
Here is a great lease calculator to plug in the above numbers and figure it all out.
http://leaseguide.com/calc.htm
Good luck! Let us know how you do!
I am just about to finalize a 36/15k lease, based off Invoice Price, only first months payment and $275 for dmv fees total out of pocket down.
I will post details once I have it in my garage.
