How to clean our seats/interior
I have a 2012 Acura TSX with Ebony interior. I did some searching and found many different products to use on our leather seats. It varied from just basic hot water to other products. I figure to use hot water when a little cleaning is needed but what do I use for the major uses? I've seen other posts on AcuraZine but none mentioned the product that pops up a lot; Lexol.
Any one use this? Better recommendations? And also, what to use for interior cleaning of the dashboard? I've heard 303 works good for that but I heard that a while ago.

Use hot water to clean the leather surfaces first before applying lexol. I use lexol myself because it is a great product for a good price.
Leather conditioners should be used regardless of major situations. You want to condition the leather every month or two to maintain the leather's strength to avoid any problems down the road.

Also, curious if anyone else knows about 303 or another product to protect the dashboard from UV Rays and such. Don't want that shine of ArmorAl that most of us despise nor it's rough properties over time. That's where 303 comes in as I heard it's not a shine product nor rough.
Thank you. I will need to order some Lexol then. Is the Spray I linked to good stuff? I'd rather use a Spray obviously.

While everybody has their favorite products (I like Leatherique or LeatherMasters for the seating areas and 303 diluted 50/50 with water for the rest) there are a few products that you shouldn't use - and stuff like Greased Lightning is one of them. It is very unwise to use any harsh chemicals on our treated leather seats.
Comet will take the dirt right off too but what will it do to the finish down the road?
I'll bet it does.

That's fine. I don't use it every week. Maybe 2-3 times per year to get the grime off. To each their own.
I use Malco Leather cleaner and conditioner (white liquid in a bottle with a cleaning pad) every month and it does a fabulous job of cleaning and conditioning the leather.
