Hid ????
I recently had a local shop replace & install 6000k hid bulbs in my tsx, they did not put a whole hid kit but changed the bulbs and were using my stock ballast. i kept having problems with the driver side bulbs would flicker, i brought the car back to the shop and they ended up just putting my stock bulbs in, my question is am i or can i have a whole hid kit including ballast or just better off tryn to have just the bulbs replaced again. also if i do need to change the hid kit, what size bulb do i need?

i thought it might of been the bulb, and i had told the shop to just swap the bulbs around to see if it was the bulb but it seemed like he didnt want to bother with it. where did you get your bulbs from ?

i got my bulbs from hidextra.com , they are a vendor here.
i would suggest ddm as well, they are pretty cheap, i think like 15 bucks a pair. i have their hidkit for my fogs and i love it.

yeah thats how much i bought it for, 35 bucks. heres the ddm site http://www.ddmtuning.com/ i believe their replacement bulbs are 15 bucks. i cant really say which one is better, my headlight bulbs are hidextra and my hidfogs are ddm. it was orginally suppose to be a kit from hidextra, but it didnt work so i sent it back and got a ddm insetad. it was cheaper too lol. up to you though

It's def a bad bulb. D2S is the size you need and all you need to do is swap the bulbs out. I got my bulbs from ddmtuning because of the lifetime warranty that they have, if the bulbs go bad, they replace them as a pair.
Did you ever get the load resistors on for the DRL?

thanks, i plan on ordering the D2S bulbs from hidextra today, and i did get the resistors, but they were not a plug n play type, it looked as if i needed to cut & splice, i ended up returning the bulbs and just threw in some jdm yellow bulbs in the drl's instead. they definately dont look as good as the led's though.
