hello!!! thinking about buying...?
this is my first post here, so hello! i am thinking about buying a tsx but before i do i wanted to ask yall about this. i usually go on forums before purchaseing vehicles, so here i am.
im thinking about buying a demo 2010 tsx tech pack. it has 2900 miles on it, never titled. the dealer is selling it for $28995. what you yall think? should i go for it? im already preapproved for 3.45%, so i just want to make a wise decision.
thanks in advance.

alot of us paid around 29k for a brand new car with tech pkg, the dealership can do better. If they refuse to budge then take your business elsewhere; a brand new 2011 could be had for a few hundred more bucks

Yes, too high..I paid under 30 for a brand new car..plus, is Acura still running .9 financing?? You should also ask for that...your rate is also too high.

call around, sub 30 w/o taxes though. i had 31xxx OTD and 11 buyers have had similar luck

Can they certify it?
If it is a certified preowned that will add 1 yr and 12000 miles to the bumper to bumber and a total of 7yrs 100000 on the power train from inservice date

yeah its certified, but now im really thinking about getting a brand new one if i can get under 30. whats the difference between 10 and 11. the dealer said it was just minor cosmetic differences.
also, would you pay 1100 for an extended warranty, bumper to bumper 7years/100k miles and covers tire and wheels.

no, its some cosmetic changes yes, but its also a brand new navigation system, unless you get another few grand off the 10 the 11 is a way better idea.
your dealer might have tried to downplay the features of the 11 because at 30k that 2010 would be being sold at a huge profit margin. Shop around.

really, where can i find out the differences between the navigation systems?

so the old system is a slower, lower resolution disk based system. The new one is harddrive based and has a higher resolution screen. Trust me, you'll love it. The old one is good, and i have no issues with it, but compared to some other navigation systems i have built into other family cars I can definitely tell its dated. The 2011 TSX finally has a decent resolution navi.

That price is way too expensive. Paid around that much in August of 2009 for a brand new 2010 tech package with only 0000000002 miles on the odo.
Try to haggle and get that same price on the 2011, 29k for a used one is ridiculous.

I was also going to go for a used, the dealer wouldn't budge from that price (they also told me 28ish for a used '10). I ended up going with a 2011, it comes out cheaper between the .9% interest and the 3.45% for the used.
