This article reads like a press release, most especially this line: "To keep the TSX lithely responsive there is no V6 option" in addition to the talk about "up and comers", "welding points" and "aluminum die-cast engine block" but who expects much from MSN?

"What to wear when you’re up and coming? If it’s automotive fashion, Acura’s TSX sports sedan is a chic pick"

I dont think its that bad of a chick's car, its not a VW Beetle or something lol

Haha. While I'm sure plenty of women drive the TSX, it's definitely not a chick car. Also, it says "chic" meaning stylish/in style, and not "chick." I don't conclude any hidden message in that. It is not a chick car. The VW bug is, the Hyundai Elantra is, the Honda Fit largely is, etc... the TSX isn't.

"chic" and "chick" have different meanings. "Chic pick" just means "stylish pick".

Chic & Chick

Any way you want to approach to the 2009 TSX, the car design and related positioning (marketing) reflects the belief 'chic' appeals to 'chicks'.

Not that there is anything wrong with that, unless of course, you would prefer not to be considered a 'chic chick'!
