Grill replacement

Grill replacement
So, on my wife's 09 TSX, that silver part of the grill started peeling and looks unappealing. I was gonna plastidip them but I saw some replacement on eBay for 60-70 bucks and which would just serve it better.
I prefer those vertical lines that 11 and onwards have. Are they compatible with 09 and 10 models? If not, I guess I'll have to stick to the 09-10 ones.
Also, is bumper removal required to get to the grill? If so, I am thinking of replacing fog light housing too. The lenses are broken on both sides and meaning to replace them too as well.
Thank you!

You should drop the bumper to tackle the fogs and the grill at the same time, you'll thank yourself later.

Since the linked thread above answers the grille question, I won't go into that topic.
For the fog lights, unfortunately the 09-10 had a proprietary mounting pattern, so the only thing you can do is replace with an OE style housing. DEPO or TYC will be your best bet for an aftermarket one that is cheaper than OEM. OEM will have the best beam pattern though, but the DEPO and TYC offerings are close.
