Painted my calipers (GLM TSX Spt Wagon) blue. Used the $40.00 epoxy caliper paint. Seemed like pretty sturdy stuff when I put it on. Looks cool, but after doing all the cleaning as instructed, some has now peeled. It might be an issue of age and temps, as with all paint? I think, I'll try high-temp engine paint this time???

so I tried a new kind of ring called 'on-board' or plasma.

my back hurts too much for any pics of them yet.

I also put in some H11 LEDs 30W 5000K I bought from xenon depot.

I wired these to work from an accord switch part number :
I also used the accord harness.

harness # 08V31-SDA-10030
switch # 8V31-SDA-1M0350

the accord harness has 5 wires:

black to ground
blue to power; I tapped a fuse that only has power with the key on
green is the trigger to the relay.
red is also ground. I tapped it into the black pin.
red/with black is the switch illumination. I tapped into the gray wire on the VSA switch.

the switch works perfectly.
it illums RED when I put the headlights on.
when i push it the BAR lights green.

the only thing is it does not DIM/BRITE when i turn the thing....stays light red.
otherwise it works as I expect.

when i feel better I will get you some pics of the fogs and the amber halos/
where can i find this fog switch?

hey one thing about the switch......the symbol lights red and the ON is green.

the red is easy to change to white......you can get the bulb right at the stealer too. just get the VSA switch bulb if you want the symbol to be white and match the rest of our lights.

Can you divide up the strip into more sections to make the light "flow" more smoothly? Or is this just the camera doing weird things?

Does it look alright during the sunlight since the LEDs are a different brightness than the triton?

I swapped the depo projectors for a set of real tsx. Added clear lens.
OEM Ballast.
OEM Igniter.
OEM Phillips 4300K capsules.

I used everything the same as oem.so in my opinion these perform a little better due to clear lens. Crisp cutoff.

tell them you DON'T know me. apparently sleeping with the 28 year old interviewing me was frowned upon... i thought it meant i got the job. TOTAL miscommunication, definitely not something they should have brought their legal council in for, and definitely shouldn't have black balled me from the entirety of the that type of work. atleast no blue balls tho!

Hey Rob,

If you don't mind me asking, do you know if your (now sold) RL calipers were going to fit your current wheel setup without spacers? Curious what it takes to get those on our 2Gs. I understand that spoke design is a factor as well, but just trying to get a general idea.

PS: Congrats on the new job. I know this is soon but any plans for (re)attempting the BBK upgrade?
