Galcier Blue Metallic

Has anyone seen this color in person? How is it? It is the only color I never see at the dealer and haven't seen one out on the road. Just curious if its similar to Infiniti's "Lake Shore Slate" which is one of my favorite blues on a car. On Acura.com, Glacier Blue Metallic looks sort of baby blue, yuck.

It is a very light blue, similar to the S2000 Suzuka Blue.

I have yet to see it too and would like to see actual pics.

My previous car before the TSX was a Lake Shore Slate G35 Sedan.

This is all I could find:

It's a weak blue. It reminds me of primer.

It's definitely lighter than Infiniti's blue. More of a baby blue, I think.

Aww, that's what I figured. Why can't Honda/Acura get a nice deep mute blue. All their blues are either too extreme or extremely washed out. Or just boring like the accord sedan blue...

If you want to see the color, Glacier Blue is also available on the CRV which you are more likely to see than the TSX.

I think it's a gorgeous blue! Very BMW-ish!

Your welcome. It shouldn't be a problem since GBM seems to be the most popular color for the CRVs...

I've seen a 09 TSX with Glacier Blue (at Acura 101 West), supposedly the rarest of the colors, rarer than the red. I have the vortex blue.

I have one. I like the colour. I chose it because the black CL was hard to keep clean. I'm kinda lazy. I didn't want silver, no flavour. The dark colours also show micro scratches in the paint easier than this blue. Wait to see one in person, then hate it. It is not my favourite colour, but it does seem rare. I've now seen 1 other one on the road around here.

Honda has some really sharp blues. Not sure why they don't borrow the S2000's Laguna Blue Pearl and throw it on some Acuras.

and edit: Sorry for the bump.

My favorite blue from Honda is the Atomic Blue Metallic on the Civic coupe...

Though, not sure if that would look good on the TSX.
