hey all. one of my fog light stopped working and i am looking to swap out the bulb. what is the best/safest way to access the bulb? i know there's a panel which is held by a few clips underneath the car which would involve jacking up the car. Is it possible to access the bulbs from the wheel well?

also if i go jacking up the car, can i use the jack that came with the car or should i be using another type of jack? this is the first time doing it so want to make sure i do it as safe as possible.

any tips or recommendations would be helpful!

Here is a video I'm not sure if you can get through the wheel well. I would just jack it up and go through the bottom panel. You can use the jack that came with the car or any floor jack.
