Door handle Removal
Anyone have a DIY on how to remove the chrome door handles on the 09 tsx? If someone's got on with pictures or a video that would be extremely helpful! I know I would have to remove the interior door panels but just need some assistance on what to do after that.
Thanks in advance for any help

OP I have removed door handles from my 12 wagon.
but the master of the door handle is kostantinos
he taught me.
im in SFO on biz and dont have access to the service manual but i will try to tell you how/
remove inner panel. pull down the rubber water shield just enough to get to the handle area. be careful the glue from the water shield is sticky.
i dont remember the exact steps; it was about 2 years ago i did it.
first remove the small part of the handle. its has a bolt that you remove from the inside.
then looking from the inside you see the gold colored metal thing that connects to the big part of the handle. this is where it gets tricky but you want to get a needle nose or some type of locking pliers to grab hold of that gold part and dont let it go. i used a small vise grip. once you have hold of it you can see that there are a few very small clips holding this part to the big handle. use a small screwdriver to detach these small plastic clips holding the pieces together. release those clips and the outer handle comes right out. then just insert the new one all in reverse.
i know this isnt the best DIY but its rarther easy once you do the first one.
even the drivers door with the key hole isnt that bad.
if you want pics and such from the manual it will take a few days until I get home.

Reviving the thread. Robpp are you able to get me a picture of that whole page and the one next to it. I am in the process of possibly wrapping the car and the door handles is something ill need off to do the door properly. Thanks
