Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms Dual Disc

Does anyone know if the Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms Dual Disc (not DVD-Audio) will work with the ELS system?

I'm not sure what you are trying to play but if they are normal audio Cd's then yes they will work. All of my audio Cd's work fine.

Rip to HD

I think you'll have to try and RIP the CD to your hard drive. If you can play it there it should work in the car as an mp3 or WMA. I had a CD that had copy protection on it but I ripped it with no issues.

BTY, one of the best bands every !!

I find music sounds SO much better as an MP3 (256 min, 320 max) or AAC (lossless) or WMA than it does as a 2 channel CD. There is more warmth and its fuller. I hear things that I have not heard listening to the CD on the ELS, however the same tracks ripped and put on the USB I hear them. I do have Dolby ProLogic On though. Without it on, its hard to hear those little nuances (you still do but its clearer with it)
