Is this a decent body kit? Duraflex?

Hey guys, still new to the forums - couldn't find a subsection for Body Kits

Just became the new owner of a 2010 Black TSX and I really want to get my hands dirty

I really want to do some exterior modifications and the variety and selection and terms about body kits is kind of overwhelming.... I found this kit online and the price is way cheaper than other things, but I'm skeptical

Is this garbage? Is it good? Anybody able to weigh in? Or do I need to be prepared to drop $1k on a bumper

https://www.bodykits.com/i-24222991-...ce-108766.html

Thanks!

In general, you get what you pay for. I don't have any experience with that company, and I've also never heard of it, so I can't speak specifically but I'm sceptical.

About the only thing I'd count on fitting right out of the box is the OEM Honda kit. Anything else you need to be prepared for some custom modifications to make it fit. It may not sit flush all over and you need to figure how to attach it well/properly.

But for $300, it might be worth taking the risk.

Finally did more digging and found reviews on their body kits on other cars.... doesn't look good... will have to search other places or just drop the money on some OEM parts hm need to do more research

B is for Build YouTube channel has used the duraflex kits (I believe) in his builds.

The OEM aero kit looks better than that rep kit IMO.

I will look into that

Pretty much trying to emulate what TSXRonald did

Fairly certain that the front is this:

JDP TSX Front Spoiler ... that's my guess considering he also has their JDP CF Rear Trunk Spoiler

But I don't know what's going on with this back end to be honest

I have a 2010 TSX Tech Package In Black Pearl... haven't done any mods except changed all interior lights to LEDs, LED back up lights, and 5% tint all around. Everything else is stock so far. Adding a CAI and Throttle Body spacer in 2 weeks....

Really eyeing a Tanabe Medallion Touring Exhaust. Still have stock wheels I want switched to 18/19's.... idk how low this set up is pictured. Black grille not sure about detials have seen some pretty good looking ones. Shopping list is adding up $$$$$$$$. But I've always wanted a subtle blacked out set up and this (even though the paint is more gunmetal than anything) is pretty much perfect execution.
