Hello again guys, should be picking up my 2012 TSX tech in black tomorrow! Right off the truck, wahoo! I am planning on keeping it in the garage until I get the clear bra, but I called this place that has been highly recommended in South FL (Boca Raton), but they are quoting me a price of $895 for the hood fenders, lights, mirrors, but an additional $400 for the bumper and grill. So almost $1,300 for the clear bra seems ridiculously expensive to me! I thought the going rate would be $900 for it.

I am all about getting what you pay for and willing to pay for something to protect my new car, but this seems like I am getting taken here. Any advice would be appreciated or recommendations on where else to go. The shop told me that there are 2 3m bra's one is much cheaper that has no warranty on it, starts with a "D" I think. Then they have this one that is more expensive than $1300 that self heals if there are scratches. I feel a bit lost, on top of this dealer paint item that helps the paint they say. look around. i got

full bumper with a seam 18 " material
mirrors
18 inch hood
headlights
door pockets

for $500. he made me wait and gave me 20 for a car wash so I paid 480 CASH/

it was the same price for the 3M or suntek. i went with suntek but no price difference/

so shop around. this guy is well known and been doing this for a long time.

and dont be afraid of a seam on the front bumper. no one will ever notice mine at a glance.
