It's pretty clear that that's the reason dealers "never know anything" about what Acura will do next, because everything that will happen is a reason for you not to buy a car today. I had asked them questions for years and years about the next NSX, the next TSX or whatever and you would get the sense that not only do they not know but they have no interest in knowing. They do not share our curiosity. You can tell they have a sense of what's to come but that they choose to hide it. I can never even get them to speculate. They want to sell what they have on the lot at this very moment.
Even if the V6 was going to arrive next week, that's 1 whole week they don't want to wait on your business for. They will stock a handful of V6 TSX's good economy or bad. Ask Lexus if they're moving an V6 models. People who are willing to pay $32k for a car can find a way to pay $34 regardless of the economy. The V6 TSX is essentialy a stand in for the 3G TL, they can't not have any in stock.

The first of the 2010s have been ordered. These are all 4 cylinders. The V6s haven't been ordered yet, and no word has been given when they will be added to the order sheet.

Look in the 2010 owner's manual (see my post from yesterday). The main change appears to be the V6, though that brings a few changes with it with regard to the transmission (e.g., being able to cancel D Paddle Shift Mode by pressing the + paddle for 2 seconds).

Breako - thanks for posting the links to the 2010 manuals!
Other V6 changes I found:
- Auto-control starting. This is nice - You only turn the key and release. The computer controls how long to crank to starter.
- No panel under the engine. Oil changes may be easier.
- Struts to hold up the hood
- Change timing belt at 60k miles
- Other maintenance changes

There typically isn't an 'official' date for MY changeovers.
