I can assure you that Acura does not have the same policy. On the dealership level, there are usually bonuses or penalties depending upon the survey scores. The only time Acura gives money to the sales people are 'spins' on certain models (few and far between it seems) or if you win COSE at the end of the year... usually your score needs to be 92-95% or higher.

I alwasy though the salesman made more than a $200 on a car sale, I guess I was off on that. No wonder they all eye you up when you enter the lot. Acura alwasy seemed pretty calm no pressure when I walked the showroom though. I liked that. Maybe it was my age though and they thought I couldn't afford anything so they left me alone. LOL!
