Brakes & Rotors

Brakes & Rotors
My 2010's front brakes started squealing at 4k miles and I had the pads replaced under the TSB. Now, I'm at 17k and they're starting to shudder which makes me think my rotors are warping.
I've read a lot of different threads on slotted and drilled rotors, better brakes, etc. but can someone recommend a resounding favorite (brand, type, etc.) if I wanted to just buy my own brakes/rotors instead of getting the OEMs installed again? I'd rather not go back to the dealer for anything. How much should I expect to spend for everything? Thanks.

Your rotors may not be bad. You may just need to re-bed your pads. Won't cost you a dime. I'd try this first. Also, many seem to feel the $50 Autozone blank rotors work just fine and are very cost effective.

I had Power Slot rotors and Hawk ceramic pads on my 04 TSX for the last 40k miles until I traded it in 2 weeks ago. They were still problem-free at that point, so I would recommend that setup.
