First time posting, I got the TSX 2 weeks ago. Personally I am starting to grow on the grill. To me, if I buy a car with such a weird grill, I kinda have to force myself to appreciate its weirdness.

Anyhow, I want to keep my Acura grill cuz I paid a premium for it . I still want to keep the uniqueness by keeping the chrome part. Have anyone tried to just paint the side of the grill from silver to body color?

Please post some pictures (great if it is in Grigio Metallic)!

it may look good having the bottom paint matched while the upper is chrome

try paint matching the bottom and do black chrome on the upper

i got mine paint matched and i was thinking of wrapping the upper part of the grill in carbon fiber later on. id have to photoshop to get an idea.

I had the surround painted PMM on my a-spec front bumper and left the plenum chrome. I can post pictures for you later today. It looks great, IMO.

Life Dies

Just considr this as an option. I painted the outside of mine the color of the car and the top part satin black. When you are at a distance from the vehicle is makes the front grill look open.
