Another Michelin bites the dust!

Discovered a broken sidewall yesterday on our TSX.
$227 later an new one was installed.
Has anyone who has had one go bad talked to Michelin?
Anything positive from Michelin or just a waste of time to bitch?:annoyed

michies are a waste of money. you can get a lot of other tires that are better and cheaper.
